It's a K200B-1 sitting on a 2x15 cabinet. Bud told the story of when he first started Kustom, Conway Twitty came through Kansas City and Bud showed him his amplifiers. Conway bought two of the three amps, and Bud drove the amps to Lexington KY where Conway was performing. All three amps failed and Bud gave Conway his money back and borrowed 50.00 from Conway to get home. That started a lifelong friendship with Conway, and Conway was a client of Kustom after that.
There is a PBS special that Sunflower Journey a Kansas based PBS station that did a short documetary on Bud and the early years of kustom. It aired last November.

So three K200Bs failed on Conway, or where they the A or Frank series amps, as that I could see that 3 in a row might go south!,
Then again if they where used out a out side gig on generators I could see high line voltage taking them all out!

These would be first generation Frankie heads when Bud was building them out of his house. Bud said Conway was playing a place called the Palms and within the first hour all three amps quit.
