Can I run a Y cord into the left and right channels of my K100C-8 4x10 at the same time for effect? Don't want to damage my amp. If so, thought I'd put a delay in line on the right channel.

Hello,
Yes a Y cord is fine, as is a modern A/B type foot switch.
The one main thing that needs to be kept in mind when using additional gear into a Kustom amp is to not over drive the preamp, as anything much more than 1 volt of input signal can blow out the first transistor that the input signal goes into.

How can I determine the output of my tele copy guitar to measure if it's 1 volt? I blew out 2 transisters when I plugged in my Gibson ES135 with humbuckers. It has quite a bit more output volume than my tele copy.

There isn't a single coil pick up on the planet that can come close to 1 volt of output, so don't fret?
