Had a guy ask me on Craigslist tonight how the 302 cabinets were wired. Seems he acquired a pair minus the speakers, and was wondering how they were wired. I assume that the 12's might have been wired in series and the 8's in parallel and then the two combined like in most of the 4 speaker arrangements. Not sure if you'd end up with the right ohm load though. Thought maybe one of you guys could tell me then I'd pass it on. Thanks.

The 302 cabs are wired in series/parallel using 12 ohm each speaker, for a total load of 6.5 ohms per cabinet.
