Hey all,
First let me say that its great to find a site with all the vintage Kustom info. The schematic section is fantastic, but I am having trouble finding one in particular. The number PC5149 crossover. I have been reverse engineering the board for a few days now, but seems I am missing something. I pulled this crossover from a Kustom power amp, but I cannot remember for the life of me the part number on the amp. I used to have a pair of these amps, that had the built in crossover. I repaired these amps many times back in the 80's, before finally throwing them out, and still have some of the replacement RCA transistors (Yes, not one of my wiser decisions throwing them out) I also had a Kustom 12 channel mixer, that had huge wood ends. Thing must have weighed a thousand pounds. This made for a nice system, when ran through the right cabinets. I gave the mixer to a friend, with all the original schematics.
If anyone has a schematic for the PC5149, it might give me an "Ahh Ahh" moment in recreating this crossover.

It's funny you should post this request ,as just yesterday I opened up the 210 watt Bi amp that I have to fix it as the crossover for the highs does not work but the low section and both drive / power amp sections are fine.
My crossover board is a PC 5250, or 5258 as I can not make out the last digit.
I think I still have the phone number for a guy who got intrused with all the schematics when current owners of a Kustom bought out the brand and I have over the years got a lot of schematics from him.
I will dig up his number tonight and post it in the morning and if he is still on the face of the planet then may be he can help both of us out!
What is not working with your Bi amp ?
Just as a side note, my band had the very same mix board you are talking about and a long with that we had the two Bi amps and for speakers the Kustom system had folded horn bass. Bins with 2 EV 12s each and a two horns who's EV drivers where massive!
My God did we blow the other bands away with that system!

Thanks Steve, I will try to call him today or Monday for sure. Its quite possible this is the same guy I got my schematics from back in the 90's, but I lost all my contact information. I did finish reverse engineering the board last night, took me a while to figure out what the Kustom engineers were thinking. I always liked the functionality of this crossover, and I plan on making a identical one.
