2x12 (2x15) cab with no ports more or less valuable than with [message #22459] Thu, 19 February 2015 02:10   oren hudson Messages: 274 Registered: March 2008 Location: Gastonia, NC Senior Member I can see that the cab does not have the ports, Looks like a non Frankie 100 head with 6 controls knobs each side. Possibly Eminence speakers with the metal dust cover with the center cutout. That's as much as I can tell with the crappy pic he posted. Trying to decide whether it would be worth the hour or so drive to check it out. Ad says make reasonable offer. Thanks - Report message to a moderator

Also all K 100 speaker cabinets ( non combo) have ports unless someone re- grilled the cabinet and left the ports off, the only speaker cabinets to have no ports would have been some of the Early Frank era cabinets as far as I know! Controls on the head could be more than 6 on the left side but I can clearly see what appear to be at least 6. The left side is too obscured for clarity. So it could be a mixed head and cab. I'm still guessing that an original port-less cab may be a little more desirable based on the limited production, or am I wrong on that? Thanks. Report message to a moderator
