I would say it's too hard to even guess at, and since theses Amps where made after Bud Ross sold the company to Balwin, even he could not provide any info.
We used to have a member on the board here who did a great job with Kustom serial numbers in regards to production dates, but I never heard him get into the detail you are looking for!
May be Pleat could give a feel for how many of the dash 4s he saw moving thru his work place in regards to sales.

I really would have a hard time estimating how many were produced with the XLR foot switch connection jack. The K250 series amps came out in the fall of 1971. The store I worked at, my best guess is we only stocked two K250-4 heads with the lighted footswitch. Maybe Five of the K250-1 heads with the 118FH folded horn cabinet, and no K250-2 heads.

I would guess the lighted foot switches didn't last more that the first year of production. Kustom was cutting corners where ever it could and since they made the single and two button foot switches for their other smaller amps, it was cheaper to install 1/4" jacks in the back of the K250-2 and K250-4 amp heads and just ship the needed pedals for each amp. You can see cost cutting as time progressed. First they skimmed on the insulation in the cabinets finally not using any and went form plywood to particle board construction.

It was also a time where the trend was moving to smaller wattage amps and overdriving the amps were the big thing, just like today.

I don't think very many K250-4 heads were ever produced. At a retail price of 580.00 dollars in 1971 you could buy a Twin reverb for the same price.
