I see that ebay has two Kustom manual listed for sale. Wondering if anyone on here is bidding on them or is planning to. I was curious if they were worth buying and if anyone would be willing to purchase copies if I did buy them. Not looking to make a killing off of them just enough to pay cost to reproduce them, ship them and make a little something to offset the original cost. Appreciate any feedback.

Pretty much all of that information is available right here in the technical section or out on the web for free. I have one of those binders and even though I'd like to have the second one, it's really not worth $100 to me.

I personally hate to pay for schematics, but I guess some folks would pay to have something that's been printed out. At $100 plus, it would take a lot of copies to pay off the price of the binder.

Yeah I contacted the guy and was willing to buy COPIES and was told that to have them reprinted it would cost $78. That's what I call an expensive copy machine. I don't know what this guy is thinking but he's definitely delusional. He's definitely not one of us.

I have a complete set of the manuals (4 volumes) and it would cost a whole lot in time and effort to get copies made. $78 sounds cheap. Lots of pages.

I have a collector who borrowed all 7 books of Kustom schematics years ago and he spent a lot more than what I sold all of mine for 10 years ago.

Don't know where you guys are going to get copies made but here you can go to Staples and print the copies yourself for .20 each in black and white. If you have 200 pages, that's $40, and all that needs to be copied is the important info. Less than $10 to ship out in an manila envelope and $20 for your time. I have no idea how many actual pages there are so I am just using 200 for an example. 200 pages can be copied in less than 10 minutes. Just saying.
