You might could try some Krud Kutter sprayed on a cloth or maybe tooth brush. If that doesn't work, maybe some black sharpie or something like that. Good luck.

going over it with a black sharpie would work, but then those grill areas would have a shine to them, your best bet is to just get some flat black acrylic paint and cover up that crap.
thin out the paint with a bit of water and cover the white over in a couple of coats over a number of days!

It's a bit of work but, I remove the speakers, logo and baffle board out of the columns and take them to the car wash. Power wash the grills with soap and rinse. May take a few times but I've removed a sliver painted lightning bolt off a 2x12 grill cloth. Plus cleans any dust in the grill and speaker openings. Makes them look like new.
