Hello there, I have a K150 with 2 Kustom 12ohm speakers. They are connected in serial so, they will be in 6omhs, right? Well, the combo sounds TOO loud, what can I do to have "less" power? Should I connect them in paralel? Which is the minimum load of the K150?

The other question: How those the tremolo - vibrato control works? I want to get the Fogerty tremolo sound... How do I have to get the Speed-Intensity-Trem/Vib controls? Silly question, sorry!!!

Thanks!!!

The speakers wired from factory would be parallel for the 6 ohm total load. Wire the speakers in series will get you a 24 ohm total load which should lower the volume. As far as the Fogerty sound, you will have to experiment. John's original K200A-4 amp has both tremolo and vibrato and can be mixed together. Your amp just has vibrato.

Too loud, does your guitar not have a volume knob / control on it , each channel on the amp sure does, don't they at least work?

I must admit, I am perplexed by your too loud comment!

Your post mentioned the K150. I assume it is the K150-2 amp head and seperate cabinet since you mentioned the 12 ohm speakers. The amp should also have reverb.

Yes, K150-2, two 12 ohm speakers, tremolo/vib, reverb...

By loud I mean I cannot play it in my apartment without getting neighbours complaints!
