I am doing some research for my Dad, who has a vintage Kustom PA System. He is considering selling it and trying to find out if there is a market for it and what it might be worth. I had him look at the model numbers, the head is a Model K-300-5, serial #108007, and there are 2 speakers 2G+1HG(?) serial #'s 624870 and 624470. These speakers have the large horn and I believe (2) 15's. Everything works, my brother and I used this as our first PA system many moons ago when we were trying to be rock stars. All are covered in the black cushy vinyl, we hauled these around a lot so there are a few small tears here and there but nothing really bad. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Welcome to the place!

It sounds like your dad has a nice old metal front era P.A. system. A great little system for club gigs back in the day. Not very popular now-a-days except to a collector or an old school club band.

Value is hard to estimate. It depends a lot on the condition of the unit and your location. Some of the other guys here buy, sell and collect these things, so they may have a better feel for the market value.

Again, welcome!
