there are 4 screws on the bottom of the cabinet ( not the ones that hold the metal feet on) remove them and the chassis will slide out from the rear.
There is a glass fuse inside mounted near the on/ off switch and if it's blown / open then it's time to take the amp to a repair tech.
If the fuse is good then the wall plug end of the power cord may have gone bad.

If you find that your fuse is good and your power cord is bringing wall voltage into the amp then the next thing to look at is the thermal circuit breaker in the amp as they do go bad at times.
You can just ohm check it to see if it's open ,or jump it out with Clip lead.
