I have a Model 2-15J-4 that I was able to identify as a 200 with 2 matched Jensen 15" speakers and Reverb, Tremolo/vibrato, harmonic clipper and selective boost (thanks to other post and literature on this site!). I also believe it to be one of the first production as it has "door knobs" instead of cleats for the power cord. The SN is 17385. It also has 4 prong male XLR port. What am I dealing with here?

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

The model number you listed is 2= 2 speakers, 15J= 15" Jensen speakers, and the -4 is the amp head with every effect Kustom offered. The amp head is also known as a K200A-4 head. The amp requires the use of the XLR footswitch to turn on the effects. Another way to activate the effects is to short all 4 pins of the XLR jack to ground and then adjust from the control panel. The serial number would place in 1967.
