Last week I finally got tired of wrestling with the power cord on a K200B-1 I have been using. One of the cord wraps had been removed sometime in the last 40 years and the cord was always in the way. I had one cord wrap I had acquired who knows where and decided to remedy the situation. Then I thought while I was at it I might as well go to the three wire power cord to improve safety. A quick call to Pleat for guidance and I had it installed in about 10 minutes. The results were more than I expected. Some of the HISSSSSS went away and the amp is louder and the tone is fatter! Filter caps next! BC Cool
