I would think in this case, as the information is not being provided for profit, that the fair use doctrine of copyrightt law would be in play. Also in providing a copy of something the original author should be credited. From what I have read and seen the Kustom name on the various documents would meet that requirement. Note I am not an attorney, nor am I an expert in copyright law. At one point in time I was the CIO for an international publisher of STEM materials and sat in on many discussions between the authors and the publisher regarding information they might have referenced or incorporated in their manuscripts. I also know that we provided a copy of every published document to the Library of Congess.
