I'd say the K200 is a K200-2, most of the knobs are left of the power switch. A K200-3, most of the knobs would be right of the power switch. the 3x12 cab the amp is sitting on could be a Jensen or CTS loaded cabinet. I've seen Jensen loaded cabs, with paper and aluminum dust caps.
The amp at the far right of the photo is a 4x10 SC series amp. I think the heavy dark shadow behind the amp does make it appear that head is not as deep as the 4x10 portion of the cab.
