While not Kustom, I did a check on yahoo for wah, potentiometers and schematics and came up with this page, showing a 100k pot for wah-wah pedals in general:
http://www.happybob.com/marc/music_gear.htm
They also have a page talking about how to do alignment for them, here:
http://www.happybob.com/marc/pot_adjustment_procedure.htm
finally,
http://fulltone.com/wah_talk.asp
shows how to add a true bypass to Vox, Dunlop, Crybaby, and Thomas wah-wah pedals showing schematics.
Hope that is of some help to you.
