I am looking for a footswitch for my 150 that has an XLR plug rather than a 1/4' male.

Finding that lighted footswitch is a tall order and I would think very expensive. A cheaper route, you can get a Switchcraft A4F plug. Use any two button footswitch that has the push to turn on/push to turn off such as an old Fender oval footswitch and wire the A4F plug to the cable of the Fender style footswitch. Pin one is the ground, Pin 2 is the voltage for the original lighted footswitch. Pin 3 is the trem/vibe and pin 4 is the reverb. The big difference is you wouldn't have the lighted option of the original Kustom Footswitch.

You could use one of the later Kustom 2-button footswitches.  They come up from time to time on eBay and Reverb.  Some up there now, priced ridiculously high, but here's a couple that actually sold for something much more reasonable:
