Recently got a Kustom K200 B-2. The bright channel seems to have been damaged during shipping.

No guitar sound is going through, but when I turn the knobs around I can hear some cracking/hissing, reverb also works when I tap it a bit.

Other channel works perfectly. No visible damage on the board? at least from my unexperienced eyes.

No ideas what to do, I'm not a tech, reasonable soldering skills.

Jo,
Did you get it fixed? Have you opened the amp up and physically inspected for any loose or damage components?
I can help but I need to know what you've done so far.
This forum is kinda flaky and doesn't seem to have the best user response. Since I've encountered sparse response I thought maybe I could help out other folks.
One the absolute best techs on here is "Stevem" so you can try posting to him for help too.
Best regards
Gary
