Hey there,

It been a long time since I posted something here. I while ago I posted a message on this forum concerning if I should buy a Kustom K250/3-15. Well, when I wanted to buy it the guy sold it just before.
But with all the luck in the world I found another one only 15km's from me! This is a black K250/2-15 (it sure is easier to move). I'm glad I bought this, it sounds great. Only things missing are the plastc in 1 handle and there was 1 wheel broken and another is about to break. And ther're some tears.
I just opened it up today and looked it the back, I noticed that all my screwes in the backboard are rusty, should I replace them? (the patern on them is still great).

Did more people have trouble with the wheels? I went to a store specialised in 'wheels' they say the plate the screws were in aren't made anymore. More had this problem? How did you solve it?

I also think my top is a bit modified since it now got a different cord then original and it m�st've been made capable for 230V. And the registration number is moved. Well you can look yourself, here are some pics:

Btw what do you think about the speakers? Originals? (I'm so unknowing at that stuff) (the only readable nrs from the upper speaker:)038 0055-00

Thats some venting job someone did on the back of the head! You would be better off removing the metal top cover of the amp if it is still there for better ventting. The speakers are original CTS guitar speakers, not there bass models, but thats OK if your getting the amount of low end output you like.And that fuse location is not original, but it is more handy.Replacement wheels that will work can be had here in the U.S, look back thru prevous postings here to find out from who.A replacement handle can be had from ampwares here in the U.S, it is there type H model, it comes in clear plastic so you will have to paint that part a grayish black. It cost 20 U.S dollars

The caster mounting plate was manufactured for Kustom. The plates helped keep the casters in place better than just screwing the caster directly to the cabinet. The chrome ball caster is ava. here in the states from Graingers and part # is 5X758. I think kustomblues had some casters and handles for sale somewhere on this website.
I agree it looks like someone was trying to make swiss cheese on the back panel. ???? don't know why but some pictures of the inside of the chassis might reveal some interesting wiring arrangement.
