Has anyone ever had luck removing paint from T&R?? This stuff looks sprayed on - not sure what type it is.

I just picker up K100 cab in the spring that had quite an amount of latex paint on it. I use the stripper that comes in a tub from home depo that is safe on your skin. I can not recall the brand. Once it sat just long enough to somewhat soften the paint I use a rag to rub it off.It will leave a bit of a duller spot where you used it, but this covering was black so some conditioner got the shine pretty much back. I do not know whet you would do to regain the shine on a sparkle covering though!you might have to use some of the automotive/boat stuff they use to remove scratches on clear convertable plastic windows and such.
