I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times but I haven't been able to find the answer among the pages and pages of this forum. So bear with me while I ask if anyone knows where to get the padded pleated Tuck "N" Roll, in black, that matches the original. I've looked at one site; I think it's called Gary's, but it doesn't offer padded naugahyde in the right texture or pleat appearance. BTW.... I've just discoverd this site and think it's great.

From what I have found from doing some searches is that all the new black hyde has a courser grain then the original 60s to early 70s stuff,I have a 72 K150 head that has some of the coursest grain texture I have ever seen on a Kustom.
But like I said I did seacrh some, but not a hell of a lot, so you may be able to locate some old stock of the fine black hyde with more effort!
