Losing all my lows [message #1299] Tue, 26 February 2002 17:31
Anonymous
I have a Kustom K100-2 Serial 27086. I play guitar, and love the natural distortion the amp creates when the volume is fully opened. The problem is, when I do this the lows fade in and out depending on how hard I am playing. Actually, they just drop out the harder I play. I have a little knowledge of electronics, so I "eliminated the fear, and opened up my gear". I tested all my capacitors, to see if they held their charge, but to no avail. They all are okay, atleast in that respect. If anyone could please help. Thanks Also, I have tested my speakers for rubbing, but that was fine, too.
