Kustom '36 Coupe pilot light was replaced by a tech service along with fixing the reverb unit.
Both worked for a short time. Tech said replaced the bulb and found a loose reverb connection and fixed it.Dont know who to trust this wonderful amp with in Portland Oregon.
Anyone know if the bulb number is a Grainger #6VF92? How do I remove the bulb from socket? Any suggestions on fixing the reverb unit. Thank you!

Hello and welcome.
You will need a volt ohm meter to test the tank itself, but one thing you can do for a quick a test is to bang on the tank with the reverb turned up.
If you hear a crash then at least the output side of the tank is good and the return amp for the reverb pan is working .
This test is assuming your foot switch is good.
This can also be tested with a volt ohm meter.
As far as the pilot light goes I need to look at my schematic when I get home later.
Note that new board member post have to be approved be me.
After 5 of them then your post will go right up to the board.

As of right now I am sorry to say I can not find my schematic for this amp.
In terms of the pilot lamp the glass jewel ( dome) should just unscrew off.
The bulb inside will either unscrew or if you can push it down and twist it will pop up.
If it’s a twist type then it might simply be that it was not screwed in tight enough.
Either way once you get the bulb out there will be a number stamped in its metal base.
A number 40 bulb is a screw in type, a number 44 bulb is a push in and twist Bayonet type.
Both of these are 6.3 volt bulbs which I think is what the amp needs.
