Hello and welcome.
If it’s a plexi face amp, then 1971 was the last year for the use of that face type with 1969 being the first year for a 150 model.

Truthfully if I was you and the speakers proved good I would remove the chassis and take the amp to a home stereo repair shop ( not a car audio repair shop ) to get worked on, unless someone on the board here recommends a  amp shop they have used for repair of a SS amp as compared to a tube amp.

All too many young guys at music shops that do tube amp repairs are just tube changers and when they touch a SS amp just cause more harm.

By the way, what’s wrong with the amp?

If the amp powers up and does not blow fuses then with this model amp it’s likely a bad FET type Transistor  and  these  are cheap even today.

Hello,
The trim-vib and reverb knobs on right channel don’t seem to be working. I need a user manual to understand the system functions better.

Model number is not legible.
Combo, 2 10” speakers
Left channel has speed and intensity control knobs.
Serial number 71296 (manufacture date please)
Charcoal tuck n roll
Very good condition, plays loud and clean

Hello.
Your amp as most Kustom’s do if the effects circuit is working right only need a foot switch to be plugged in to turn the effects off on the fly.
The combo plexi face amps however do need the effect you want first turned on by the switch on that control.

So for example to have the reverb work it first needs to be turn on by that reverb control knob.

If these switches are on and you get no effects then the there are only two possibilities.
1) the foot switch jack is shorted out somehow.

2) the amp has a circuit problem.

Your amp was made in mid 1971.

If you want a non Kustom foot switch replacement that will work for you and be cheaper then go to the Tubesanmore.com web site and order there P-H471 part number .
