Fuse & Reverb in a K200 B5 [message #7150]

Hi!
I bought this k200B-5 several years ago and used it as my gigging bass head. Anyhow, one hot summer day at an outside show it quit. Just quit, no noises, nothing. It then went into storage and has been ignored since. So I'm going to fix it! The fuse behind the power switch is fried up real good, so I'm going to start there. Everything else inside looks great, so my fingers are crossed. The fuse is 250V (anyone with a schematic care to verify that?); should I put the same size in or get a larger one?
Also, the reverb pan had been removed before I bought it. I've since acquired a reverb pan that I'd like to put in it. The effects board has two "RCA" jacks on it and I don't know which end connects to which jack. Any suggestions?
