Hello all,

I just found a beautiful K200B-2 with the 315 cab in Charcoal Sparkle for an excellent price...I've ordered handles, casters, a couple knobs, and I'm going looking for the cabinet screws with the matching shoulder washers tomorrow at Lowes...

The K200B-2 head and the 315 cabinet...I'd love to use this amp for both guitar and bass, but I guess primarily bass guitar...I've read that the cabs loaded with CTS speakers from the factory were for bass...is this accurate?

I've also red on this site that the back can be a mess to get off and once it's off, the gasket turns to a black goo after the years...I'm going to take the back off to inspect the speakers, but any thoughts or info on using this monster as a bass amp will be appreciated!
